Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You will not be charged for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
We understand that your time is precious and so we encourage patients to pay for their consultation through the Hotdoc payment link to avoid any inconvenience .

The costs involved with running a medical practice are forever increasing and we have reached a point where a fee introduction is called for to help us look after you better.
Please note, from 1st January 2023 - SIA Burwood has transitioned to *mixed billings* clinic.
We will continue to bulk bill following patient groups ONLY for general consultations:
- Patients identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders
- Children under 16 years of age
- Healthcare Card Holders
- Pension Card Holders (aged 65 and above and disability support)
- DVA Card Holders
For all other patients and times, an out-of-pocket fee will be applied for all other consultations and procedures.
All telehealth appointments will incur an out-of-pocket fee.
Medicare rebate will be processed at the time of payment and will be reimbursed in the bank account linked with your Medicare account.
Mixed Billing Policy on Public Holidays
Please note that on public holidays, our practice operates under a private billing policy for all patients. This means that bulk billing will not be available, including for pensioner and HCC holders,
unless at the discretion of the doctor.
